This film stars George Raft as a reformed mobster who is hired by the Treasury Department to investigate a possible conspiracy to overthrow the government. The suspect is a powerful counterfeiter who works from a private Caribbean island and enjoys hunting humans for sport. To infiltrate the crook's gang, Raft pretends to be a fleeing fugitive.
