you have to mount it on a virtual drive using an iso image mounting program

just burn the installer to a CD or DVD then install it, then put the cd or dvd you have burned whle playing the game.

u can also look up a crack for it if u dont want to spend the money buying blank dvds to burn. I havent downloaded this yet but when i do ill post anything u might need to do to get this to work

Ok so for everybody that can't do it, Ive finnaly figured it out! what you do is you install the game, and movee all the files that are in the hoodlum folder into the gta san andreas folder which will be under rockstar games in program files. also u should replace the actual game launcher. now click on the hoodlum version of the launcher and it should start.
