Guardians of the Wild: Series 2

Throughout Africa, a new generation of scientists are redefining what it means to protect wildlife. Two young scientists work around the clock gathering data on large predators. Meanwhile, an elephant orphanage is giving new hope to baby calves rescued from poachers. Enter into a brave new world of conservation, one that's fraught with peril and hope.

Follow two young elephants on the journey of a lifetime as they leave their orphanage home and return to the wild.



2)  Zambias Peaceful Primates

Far more interested in friendship than fighting, Kinda baboons are peace-loving primates.



3)  The Mating Game

Madonna is the first Kinda baboon to be studied from birth to adulthood. Follow her as she selects a mate.



4)  Operation Rhino

97% of Africa's black rhinos have been killed for their horns. Can this rare and extraordinary species be saved?
