I downloaded the file and also added a fix for the game but it is still not working I get the message: cannot start the program because d3dx9_41.dll is missing. Can anybosy help? thanks

Ok people I had to register to assist some of you people because if you dont know how to use certain things and the uploader hasnt made a great deal of explaining for n00bs how to get this to work I have decided to post an Instruction manaual to assist everyone on how to get this game to work.. First download and then burn the ISO file to DVD disc via Nero or a programme that works of your choice... Install the game after you re-insert the game once done try and load the game if you see the game load and exit your fine for now but if you get a .dll error you need to goto microsoft.com and download DIRECTX to your computer and install.... after all that is done goto "My Computer" and right click on the dvd and click open and then go into the SKIDROW folder and right click on the FM application and click copy...... then goto "My Computer" then "C Drive" then "Programe Files" then "SEGA" then "Football Manager 2012" then right click and paste and click the option copy and replace then close everything and goto your desktop and load the game ;) the creator of this file should have taken time to write and instruction manual... I hope this helps you all out there thats wanting to use the game !
