WORKDONE:

Ok first off all syncing and the actual cam audio was down too goods friends,so many thanks
The video we were given tnz's 720p cam,which was very nice and i see its what the russians used for
their 2 releases of tin tin.
Anyway the cam needed some tweaks here and there for the brightness,contrast and sharpness ...also needed
to be resized and have a heavy video noise filter ran over it aswell.
Once done just a case of muxing the audio over the encode and hey presto.
