Welcome to the CD for 3D World issue 116. Our $385 value in commercial assets this issue includes everything from high-polygon vehicle models to domestic sound effects, with a healthy helping of superhero-themed content too.
aXYZ Design contributes 10 different car models for 3ds Max, each with V-Ray materials, as well as a fully rigged motorcycle and rider; while Arte-3D provides a high-poly car model.
DAZ Productions is in heroic mood, offering a selection of bodysuits and textures for Michael 4 and Hiro 4, as well as The Freak, an exaggerated figure that's ideal for superheroes, monsters and other fantasy work.
The commercial collection is rounded off with sound effects from SoundScalpel and textures from TexturePortal.
The CD also includes scene files or links to downloads for all of this issue's tutorials, as well as a chapter from The Gnomon Workshop's exhaustive DVD on lip-synching.

Welcome to the disc for 3D World 117.
Headlining this issue's selection is a full copy of the animation packageRealsoft 3D, with Windows and Macversions provided. There's also a tutorial to help you get started with the software.
