Politieman Frank arriveert net op tijd om een man te beletten een jonge vrouw haar hoofd af te hakken. Dichterbij gekomen is het even schrikken, want het potentiële slachtoffer heeft nu niet bepaald een gezicht waarnaar het prettig kijken is. Niettemin ontstaat er tussen Frank en deze Jenifer een innige band, met desastreuze gevolgen voor zijn gezinsleven.

Storyline

While parked in a remote spot lunching Chinese food with his partner, Detective Frank Spivey saves a disfigured woman called Jenifer from being sliced with a meat cleaver by a deranged homeless man. He feels sorry for the retarded Jenifer, and takes her from an insane asylum and brings her home. Frank becomes obsessed for Jenifer, feeling lust and attraction for her lascivious body. When he realizes that she is a human beast, he moves with her to an isolated old cabin in the woods, with tragic consequences.

Amerika is in de ban van de presidentverkiezingen tijdens een oorlog die volgens velen niet legitiem zou zijn. De woordvoerder van de conservatieve presidentkandidaat doet dan een belangrijke wens op televisie: laat mijn gesneuvelde broer terugkomen om uit te leggen dat Vietnam wel zinvol was. De gevallen soldaten grijpen deze kans om hun meningen te uiten.

Storyline

During the campaign for the reelection of the President of USA, the political consultant David Murch wishes live in a television talk show that a deceased soldier could come back from his grave to vote in the election as a marketing to promote his candidate. The president uses his idea in a speech and wishes that all the deceased soldiers could return from their graves for the election. Somehow his wish is granted and the soldiers died in the last war returns with the objective of voting in the opposition to the government. When the result of the election is manipulated and the president is reelected, all the soldiers deceased in pointless wars return to exile the members of the administration of the government.
