Video is terrible but audio is the best out. For the best video download "Prometheus 2012 V2 R5 CAM AUDiO (Cleaned) (SEEDBOX) Pimp4003" From kat.ph Mix the two of these and you will have the best of both. I simply ran the audio from one and watched the other.
