With the help of an excitable young frog named Sprig, Anne will transform from monster to hero and discover the first true friendship of her life!
In season 2, The Plantars and Anne travel to Newtopia in search of a way to get her back home.

S02E11 The Shut-In 2020-10-17
The Plantars stay inside during a blue moon, so they won't turn into beasts. To past the time, they tell spooky stories.
Phone-Mo: Anne, renamed Anna, is told about a cute animal video that causes people to mysterious disappear. At first, she resists the video, but then watches it and likes it. She then finds that her friends are trapped in the video and the cute animal comes out of the video as a monster to take her. Finding that it's weak against harsh criticism, Anna dislikes the video, defeats the monster and saves her friends.
Dead End: A young Hop Pop works as a wagon driver, picking up his next customer Mr. Littlepot (George Takei). After a few stops, Hop Pop realizes that Littlepot is death personified and the next stop is at his farm. However, instead of Hop Pop, Littlepot takes his hair to cover his baldness.
Skin Deep: Sprig and Ivy were playing bugball, until they lost the ball and went looking for it. The find the ball in an old house that belongs to the skin wearing monster the Seamstress. Sprig rips it's mask off revealing it to be a glass frog who uses it's skin cloth to cover itself. They beat the monster and escape.
After Sprig and Ivy prank Anne, Polly and Hop Pop, Polly, wanting a spooky story to tell, looks at the blue moon to turn into a beast. But nothing happens and the blue moon legend turns out to false. Up until Polly turns into a beast.
