This was upscaled to 4K from the 1080p blu-ray with AI using Topaz Labs Video Enhance AI with the "Gaia HQ" profile.  H.265 video, AAC audio.

This is my version 2 of this upscale, made to look a little better than my previous version.  This was first upscaled to lossless PNG images, then asembled to a H265 video at high quality with ffmpeg, then compressed smaller with Handbrake and audio converted to AAC.
