Cesar travels to Long Beach, California, where whistleblowers Lori Jo and Patti are fed up with their boss Takis’ three unruly Bichons Frisés, collectively named the "Moos.” Their disruptive behavior threatens the business, Frisco’s Bar and Grill, as well as their boss’s home life. They bark obsessively, knock over trash cans and honk the restaurant delivery truck’s horn for attention. Even Takis’ wife, Joanne, has had enough of the unruly Moos, but Takis doesn’t see anything wrong with their uncontrollable behavior.
