Italian folk singer and stage actor. His specialty is Milan and Lombardian dialect

In 1964 founded the jazz-folk-cabaret band I Gufi (The Owls in English), with Lino Patruno, Gianni Magni and Roberto Brivio. The quartet broke up in 1969, but in 1981 has had a brief re-union. Now Nanni sings as a soloist, and has a fairly good amount of fans in Milan and Lombardy

Graduated in Economics at Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan

He translated in Italian ad in Lombardian dialect the most of Georges Brassens French songs
