Allen Carr aiuta il fumatore a smettere senza far ricorso a cerotti sostitutivi, chewing gum alla nicotina, immagini cruente che impauriscono il fumatore riguardo il suo stato polmonare o altro, ma soltanto con la forza di volontà, sulla quale questo video agisce con un'azione motivante.
