Summary



  The title of this play is taken from a little-known nursery rhyme involving a game between mother and child. The drama opens in an elegant reception room of a clinic where five women await a first reunion with their children from whom they have been separated for two months.



My notes



 I have never forgotten this play.



 It was originally broadcast on PBS television's "Theatre in America" and produced at the Cinncinnati Playhouse.  This is why I've added it to my fileshare since it is not available elsewhere on the torrent system.  



 The subject, that of treatment of children with disorders, is completely unexpected and therefore mezmerizing.

I give away nothing in this play.  



  You Tube has just about everything.  On a search I saw that this play has been

produced by a small theatre company a number of years ago.
