De 18 jarige Lizzy (Elizabeth) wordt door een aantal klasgenoten van het Mercator College in Rotterdam op een gruwelijke manier gepest. Sinds haar ouders gescheiden zijn raakt Lizzy steeds meer geïsoleerd. De enige die op school nog een beetje oog voor haar heeft is Alec, maar die doet het met de mooie Riley. Lizzy stelt zich voor hoe het leven eruit zou zien als de rollen worden omgedraaid. Ze neemt een fatale beslissing.
