Twee vrienden genaamd Ryan en Justin spelen met gehuurde politie-uniformen voor agent. Ze zijn namelijk van plan naar een gekostumeerd feest te gaan. Aanvankelijk gaat alles goed, totdat de twee nepagenten een echte Russische gangster tegen het lijf lopen en ze langzamerhand in allerlei problemen verzeild raken.
