Abridged
This is a superb reading of the abridged version of Jurassic Park. If you have only seen the movie, and never read the book, be prepared for quite a few changes. The T-Rex is much more involved in this story then he was in the movie…and there is even a smaller T-Rex. The kids have reversed in who is older. The lawyer does not get munched…and so on. So many changes.
John Heard does an excellent reading of the story. I was confused by the other person that seems to come in and give a short synopsis of some specific events. I thoroughly enjoyed this reading. Even though it is an abridged version of the story, it is still a first-rate version and well worth your three hours.
So, if you have a long drive, pop in the cassettes and enjoy the thrilling tale of dinosaurs roaming the planet today in Jurassic Park.
