Install notes:
- Install "topazcomplete_setup.exe"
- When prompt for a directory folder to install
- Navigate to your Adobe Photoshop Plugin Folder (Default)

- Run Photoshop, open an image file
- Click Photoshop [Filter] tab & select Topaz Labs Plug-ins from drop-down list
- Click Topaz Plug-in [Menu] tab > Enter Key

- Keys in the file "file keys.txt"
