Frank Black (Lance Henriksen) is een gepensioneerde profiler verhuist met zijn familie naar Seattle om te ontsnappen aan het geweld en de verschrikkingen waarmee hij te maken had toen hij werkte voor de FBI in Washington.
Hoewel zijn gave om in de geest te kruipen van seriemoordenaars het hem vaak moeilijk maakt, weet Frank ook dat dit nog steeds van pas kan komen om andere te beschermen en te redden.
Hij sluit zich daarom aan bij de Millennium Groep, een team van experts op het gebied van wetshandhaving die vecht tegen de steeds sterker wordende krachten van het kwaad in de wereld.

17 - Darwin's Eye
A manhunt ensures when an escapee from a mental institution - who is believed to have decapitated two people - goes on the run with a deputy police officer.
Leaving it is up to Frank (Lance Henriksen) and Emma (Klea Scott) to find the escapee.
Meanwhile Emma's father grows ill.

18 - Bardo Thodol
Emma (Klea Scott) and Frank (Lance Henriksen) investigate the mysterious biological research conducted by a former Millennium Group member who is dying from a mysterious disease.

19 - Seven and One
When Frank (Lance Henriksen) receives a series of Polaroid photographs, showing his own death.
Frank claims that someone is out to kill him, but authorities suspect he may be having a nervous breakdown.

20 - Nostalgia
Frank (Lance Henriksen) and Emma (Klea Scott) investigate the murders of several young women who disappeared in a small community where Emma lived as a girl.
As figures from Emma's past continue to appear the mystery begins to slowly unfold.
