Alisa Cooks, formerly known as One Frugal Foodie, is my personal recipe and food blog where I enjoy sharing many of the dairy-free goodies that emerge from my kitchen. All recipes are taste-tested by my wonderful husband (and technical support), Tony. We live in North Lake Tahoe with our loving cat, and enjoy hiking, skiing, and of course, eating.
