VLC and players like latest GOM, KMP with LAV can play HEVC, MPC players provides slightly better video and better upscaling...
Linux, Mac, Chrome : libde265.org

In Mobile, Android, Tabs, use a media player like VLC Player, MX Player... that can play H.265 :]

H.265 is the Next Generation Codec... Some software media players that are not up-to date may not play HEVC video!

As for now, no hardware decoder, hardware player for h265 (HEVC) yet...
