In Homocidal 3: Final Destination, Tonic and Stuart struggle while trying to adjust to life in the Federal Penitentiary. On Tonic’s first day in the pen he is surprised to learn an old running buddy, Juke is his cellmate. Juke join forces with the other inmates who seeks vengeance for deaths of their love one’s Tonic killed. They vow to make Tonic’s stay a living hell.

In this group home, Paris is forced to care for her twins independently. Now in her own prison, Paris struggles to find her place in a house of wolves. When her social worker finally finds her a foster home, she reverts back to her old ways and wreaks havoc in the lives of the innocent. While on a path of self-destruction, Paris meets fifteen year old Scott, her new foster brother, mentor and love interest.
