In questa folle reinterpretazione animata della storia, un George Washington armato di motosega vuole sconfiggere Benedict Arnold e il re James per vincere la Guerra d'indipendenza americana. Così mette insieme un bel gruppo di attaccabrighe: l'amico birraiolo Sam Adams, il grande scienziato Thomas Edison, il noto cavaliere Paul Revere e un Geronimo decisamente arrabbiato. Chi riuscirà a spuntarla? Nessuno può dirlo, ma una cosa è certa: questi padri fondatori non sono proprio gli stessi che si studiano a scuola...



Un film che rievoca, con uno stile molto particolare, i fatti storici che portarono alla Rivoluzione Americana e alla Dichiarazione d’Indipendenza del 4 luglio 1776.



Tra revisionismo e ironia, protagonista dell’opera è ovviamente George Washington, qui grande appassionato di armi e soprattutto di motoseghe. Con la sua determinazione, egli comporrà una squadra di valorosi che dovranno affrontare gli usurpatori inglesi.



L'unità militare di Washington sarà dunque formata dal padre fondatore Sam Adams, dedito alla birra e sempre sbronzo; dal geniale Thomas Edison, il noto scienziato; dal mitico Paul Revere, prode cavaliere e raffinato incisore; e, infine, da Geronimo, un nativo americano che vuole ottenere l’affrancamento dagli inglesi più di tutti gli altri.
