This is an original pattern (in English using American terminology) to create your own cute little duck called Louis. Louis is very shy and never goes anywhere without his little Teddy. He has a big soft heart and loves to give great big cuddles...even with his little wings.

The pattern is suitable for beginner crochet crafters who have knowledge of the basic stitches (including single crochet, increase, decrease, slip stitch, chain).

The format of the instructions is a PDF document of 11 pages with detailed instructions and images to provide visual help for the process. If Louis is done with cotton blend 8 ply by Patons yarn and a 2.5 mm hook, he will measure 5.5 inches or 14 cm from head to toe. If his Teddy is done with Drops Safran 4-ply yarn and a 2.2 mm hook, the little Teddy will be 2.5 inches or 6.5 cm from his head to toe.
