A true coming of age story.
I was 12 the summer we traveled to Virginia - my grandparents, my first cousin and I. I learned a lot that summer, mostly from my grandfather. He taught me to ride all the rollercoasters, how to read a roadmap and to sit my tail down when it came to boys. That summer has always been one of my fondest memories. It was also the summer of my first kiss.
