Run ConanExiles_Launcher.exe

--- PLAY SINGLE PLAYER ---
Click Play Offline.
Click "Single Player / Co-op".

--- PLAY MULTI PLAYER ---
Click Play Online.
You will auto connect to the server.

--- VIRUS ?? ---
If your anti-virus tells you there is a virus in the launcher, it is a false positive and it is totally safe to allow it to run.
Usually detected by low-grade anti virus as packed, or generic or whatever else.
Most of my launchers are boxed with virtual box, in order to create needed files at each run.
It makes things easier for people to be sure to have the right files at the right place and the right parameters.
If you downloaded the file from one of my link, you are good to go. If you don't trust the file, don't run it, delete everything, and stop bothering.
