Adriano Celentano giunge ad Amalfi per alcune esibizioni, ma trova che la precedente visita di un suo sosia, per il quale egli viene scambiato, ha prodotto molti guai. Celentano si trova in ingarbugliatissime situazioni e rischia anche di perdere la fidanzata, che lo ha raggiunto colà con il padre. Alla fine tutto si chiarisce ed il cantante si reca a Capri per un periodo di riposo: ma anche di qui è passato il sosia e la pace è davvero perduta per sempre.
