DESCRIPTION:
The Umbrella Corporation and its stockpiles of lethal viruses have been destroyed and contained. But a new and more dangerous threat has emerged. Years after surviving the events of Raccoon City, Chris Redfield has dedicated himself to fighting the scourge of bio-organic weaponry around the world. As a member of the Bio-terrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), Chris is given a mission to go to Africa to investigate a biological agent that is transforming the population into aggressive and disturbing creatures. He and Sheva Alomar, a local BSAA agent, must join forces to uncover the truth behind this string of misfortunes.
This game is a port of the version that was released for Games for Windows – Live in 2009. If you buy the Untold Stories Bundle on Steam, you will get the same as Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition.

PLEASE NOTE:
- This game does not support the use of NVIDIA GeForce 3D Vision, which appeared with the original release for Games for Windows – Live.
- Multiplayer mode works through online matchmaking: split screen is not possible.
- It is possible to import your old save and achievement data from the Games for Windows – Live version. When doing so, please change the Steam language and the game language to the same language you used in the GFWL version, or the data may not import correctly.
