Now we are in the year 2033, an entire generation has been born and raised underground, in a besieged subway station they fight for survival, among themselves and against the horrible mutants that await them outside.
You will take on the role of Artyom, born in the last days before the incident and raised in the subway. Having never ventured beyond their subway station, a fateful event triggers a desperate quest through the heart of the subway network to warn the rest of humanity of an imminent and terrible threat. The journey will take you from the forgotten catacombs under the subway to the desolate places on the surface, where all your actions will determine the fate of humanity
