House cat (Tom) and a mouse (Jerry). The plots of each short usually center on Tom and Jerry's numerous attempts to have the best of each other and the mayhem and destruction that follows.
This is a full copy of the UK Region 2 Boxset that contains 159 episodes spread over 6 double sided discs. All discs are uncompressed with menus intact.
Tom is called "Jasper" in the first episode and Jerry was dubbed "Jinx", that was their original names given by Hanna and Barbera. The second episode was the start of "Jasper" being called "Tom" or "Thomas" in later episodes... his full name being Thomas Jasper Cat Sr.
Side A contains 01-12
Side B contains episodes 13-24

Tom & Jerry have seen the wrath of TV censors in the UK and abroad in recent years...some of the episodes are now censored/banned on TV and some have been removed from later Retail releases...all episodes on this boxset are uncut and complete
