NOTE: DVD source was deinterlaced at the slowest preset possible using QTGMC, then input into VEAI to clean of artifacts and finally upscale 2x with REAL-ESRGAN animevideov3 all with PNG or lossless output, subs were taken from WEB-DL and synced by +1000ms. This was a lot of work since the web version looks kinda shit. Of course it's not perfect as there are smudging on far-away and small objects but if you just want to see sharper lines then there you go.
