- Episode 3 includes a dedication to Annie Wersching, the actress who played Tess in the video game, who passed away from cancer in 2023. This was added later by HBO and I have included it here.

- Episode 6 had visible crew members which were accidentally left in the final edit when it was first released on HBO Max. This was later corrected. The corrected version is included here.
