Twin brothers, Jack and Larry, find themselves out of their medication and decide its for the better. Thus begins their reign of terror as they hunt for food to satisfy their hunger, their hunger for human flesh. As the killings continue, the media dubs these cannibal serial killers, the Evil Twins.
