NOTE 1:
An underrated movie you never heard of, underwent production hell, flopped, only released on DVD. And here's the worst part: IT IS ACTUALLY GOOD! I am PISSED.
NOTE 2:
NTSC DVD had better audio (448k as opposed to 384k in PAL) and slightly higher bitrate (8.4M peak than 7.5M) but it had variable framerate (hell no im not working with VFR) and only 720x480 in resolution.
NOTE 3:
Source was detelecined with VIVTC and x264 QP 0 as output to ensure of no decoding errors, then fed into VEAI for deblock + denoise, and finally encoding.
