Demuxed the videostream using makemkv latest, rest done with DGDemux (UHD) / eac3to.

Sony UHD has done a decent dual mono, which is similar to PAL/NTSC dvd which were available to me. For the 5.1 audio the audio was aliased and 16 bit so opted for the Twilight time 24 bit audio. The directors commentary is taken from UHD as they are similar to the twilight time one, 2nd commentary is synced to the remux.

Tonemapped subs from respective Blu-ray and synced. Additional Filler SRTs from WEB (thanks vevv)

Chapter names from NTSC DVD / encode here :), adjusted accurately to the scene changes / i -frames.
