When Jane Daniels is apprehended for shoplifting on Boxing Day, she can't believe what happens next. The bracelet she is accused of stealing is part of the recently murdered Mrs Evelyn Morris' estate. But when Detective Inspector Arthur Gottfried explains that the bracelet is the bait he’s using to lure the murderer into a trap, Jane and her wife Kennedy are anxious to help the detective catch the suspect.
