SIGNS OF THE DYING SUMMER (SotDS) zostało założone przez Sadogoata (gitara), Uhu (programowanie) i A. Sarga (wokal) na początku lata 2020 roku jako hołd dla wczesnych płyt Tiamat i Katatonia zmieszanych ze złowrogą atmosferą muzyki takich zespołów jak Shining i Forgotten Tomb.

„Promenada ciszy” to drugi pełny album black metalowego zespołu Signs Of The Dying Summer. Materiał został nagrany w okresie od marca do października 2022 roku. Miksem i masteringiem zajął się Marcin Rybicki (In Twilight’s Embrace, Mānbryne, Warfist). Album zawiera sześć premierowych utworów oraz cover „Stalemate” legendarnej formacji Katatonia. Gościnnie na płycie swojego głosu użyczyli Lazarus z Medico Peste i Greg z Martwa Aura. Grafiki w booklecie przygotował Edward Kreft. „Promenada ciszy” to pielgrzymka w stronę żałoby. Główne tematy prezentowane w tekstach to nihilizm, przemijanie i żałoba. Album ukazał się cyfrowo (8 maja 2023) i na płycie CD (19 sierpnia 2023).
