Demuxed using Eac3to, videostream done using MakeMKV latest.
Included both the Home video mix and the OG Stereo present on the Arrow UHD / which is also mentioned in the menu.
Subs from other sources synced to the Remux and tonemapped, English Regular subtitle from Paramount BD was edited to add the forced subs present on the Arrow UHD. The Arrow UHD does contain Forced sub for foreign spoken parts. Additional SRTs from the web.
Chapter names on the DVD adjusted to the I-frames/ scene changes.

Repacked due to MAKEMKV having a bug extracting the video stream properly for some reason.
With Makemkv
the RPU looks like
