me copies of this pressing (without the Greg Lee Proc. "L-" number on side A) came without a printed inner sleeve. My copy was still sealed when I bought it in the early '80s but has a plain inner sleeve.

THe Flesh Eaters cuts are blistering, Pony Dress wins by a nose over the Am. Youth Report version for me 'cause I like it rough (though the latter fits in better on Destroyed By Fire: Greatest Hits (which in a halfway decent, just and good world Columbia House would have got into a lote more record collections) - simple, right?).



Is this record in effect the (punk paper days) 'Slash LP'! There really ought to be a reissue - surely Tooth & Nail is a more worthy candidate for the deluxe treatment than 77% of the already re-ished to death, two-copies-for-everyone-in-the-world-already usual suspects.



For novelty's sake, how's about two 45 rpm 10" or 12"s, effectively two EPs, with a gatefold of photos and detailed liner notes, which one can peruse wistfully at one's leisure while spinning the discs.



There might even be leftovers from the sessions for Bonus Tracks! But not necessary, since quality here is high (quality versus quantity in the Punk comp is a matter of concern and anguished debate) - beware the gift that takes away!

The U.X.A. and Flesheaters tracks drag a little, but Germs, Controllers, Middle Class and Negative Trend positively slay the brain! This needs a proper reissue immediately.
