ENG: For the love of her boss, Macarena Ferreiro committed several crimes of manipulation and embezzlement of accounts and was sentenced to seven years in prison. In the women's prison of Cruz del Sur, after the emotional shock of entering prison, she has to deal with the complicated and often dangerous relationships between the inmates. Her imprisonment does not prevent her from being involved in the scandalous search for nine million euros missing from a security van. Hanbal, known as ‘the Egyptian’, boyfriend of Zulema Zahir, the most dangerous inmate in the centre, and Macarena's own family are involved in a search that proves bloody. Macarena's hopes of being freed are frustrated by the escape plan devised by Zulema. The return to Cruz del Sur is much more difficult as, in addition to a new housekeeper and a security chief ready to take over the prisoners, another disastrous shadow looms: that of the dangerous international criminal Karim willing to avenge the death of his nephew, the Egyptian, a death to which Macarena's family is no stranger.



ITA: Per amore del suo capo, Macarena Ferreiro ha commesso diversi reati di manipolazione e appropriazione indebita di conti ed è stata condannata a sette anni di carcere. Nella prigione femminile di Cruz del Sur, dopo lo shock emotivo dell’entrata in carcere, deve affrontare i rapporti complicati e spesso pericolosi tra le detenute. La sua prigionia non le impedisce di essere coinvolta nella scandalosa ricerca di nove milioni di euro scomparsi da un furgone della sicurezza. Hanbal, detto “l’Egiziano”, fidanzato di Zulema Zahir, la detenuta più pericolosa del centro, e la stessa famiglia di Macarena sono coinvolti in una ricerca che si rivela sanguinosa. Le speranze di Macarena di essere liberata sono frustrate dal piano di fuga studiato da Zulema. Il ritorno a Cruz del Sur è molto più difficile poiché, oltre a una nuova governante e un capo della sicurezza pronto a prendere il sopravvento sui detenuti, si profila un'altra ombra disastrosa: quella del pericoloso criminale internazionale Karim disposto a vendicare la morte di suo nipote, l’Egiziano, una morte alla quale la famiglia di Macarena non è estranea.
