Alex è un ragazzo bravissimo nei videogiochi. Per questo l'extraterrestre Centauri (Preston) lo porta sul suo pianeta e gli propone di combattere sulle astronavi della Lega Stellare contro la flotta di Xur, un perfido ribelle.
