A journalist who runs a YouTube channel is sketched, kidnapped and tortured by a four-member secret police team. While he is in secret detention, the Prime Minister announces a lock down for three weeks. Assigning only one person to look after the journalist the remaining three members of the police force are transferred to other responsibilities. A friendship develops between the journalist and the policeman. Taking advantage of this situation, the journalist tries to escape.
