Synopsis



Between 1896 and 1899, more than 100,000 brave souls set out on a perilous journey into the frozen North on the legendary Klondike Gold Rush trail. Most never made it to the end. Killed or scared off by bears, treacherous terrain, raging torrents and temperatures below -40 degrees, only one in three completed the journey. Now Parker Schnabel of Discovery GOLD RUSH fame, will attempt to make this same journey and document it in Gold Rush: Parker's Trail.



Season 7 - Episode 1 - River of Never-Ending Gold







Parker Schnabel travels the gold-filled Madeira River deep into the Brazilian wilderness as he hunts for a fleet of dredges bringing in billions.



Season 7 - Episode 2 - The Floating Gold City







Parker Schnabel heads deep into the jungles of Guyana, South America, to chase a 21st-century gold rush. Working with his team, he trades his heavy mining equipment for the most basic tools and learns ingenious local techniques.



Season 7 - Episode 3 - Bull's Blood







Parker prospects in Serra Pelada, the site of Brazil's biggest gold rush that produced five billion dollars worth of gold and is rumored to hold trillions more.



Season 7 - Episode 4 - Motherlode M.I.A.







Parker decodes the mystery of where a billion-dollar motherlode went. Some say it was mined out, while others believe it's still buried underground.



Season 7 - Episode 5 - Billion Dollar Deal







Parker discovers a potential $1.5 billion payday in Serra Pelada, but first, he needs to strike a deal with the local owners.



Season 7 - Episode 6 - Hard Rock Holy Grail







Parker comes face-to-face with a pack of wild jaguars before heading to the Brazilian hard rock mecca of Pocone, where he discovers a game-changing type of mining.



Season 7 - Episode 7 - Miner's Paradise







In the placer miner's paradise of Peixoto, Parker discovers ground much richer than anything he's mined in the Yukon and considers dropping $1 million to get in on the action.



Season 7 - Episode 8 - The Goldilocks Claim







At the end of a six-week, grueling trek through the wilds of Brazil, Parker finds a gold mining utopia that checks all of his boxes. But can he strike a deal within the three days he has left in the country?
