《孤狼之血》的故事背景为1988年施行《黑社会对策法》之前的广岛。被派到当地警署的日冈秀一，与传闻中跟黑社会有勾结的刑警大上章吾一起，负责调查金融公司员工失踪案。日冈因为大上异于常人的调查手段困惑不已。而同时，以失踪案为开端，对立的黑社会团体之间的抗争激化了，此时大上却 想出了一个大胆的计划…… 《孤狼之血》的原著作者柚月裕子曾获得第69届日本推理作家协会奖，这部小说则被业界评价为“警察小说x‘无仁义之战’”。戏骨大叔役所广司和人气小生松坂桃李在片中分别饰演大上和日冈，一老一少的警探组合颇具看点，配角阵容中还不乏江口洋介、真木阳子等大腕。 &
