Got program to work. If it crashes on startup, go to the folder where the game is installed. You will find a file called "xnafx31_redist.msi". Install it, then you can play the game. The game is in English! Works perfectly now.

Russian installer, do not know is game is russian. Crashes immediateley on startup on W7 x64
